I want you to take a trip back in time with me… long before AI was a buzzword and way before everyone had a supercomputer in their pocket.

Years ago, I co-founded my first company. It was a software business. Only… I didn’t know the first thing about software. I didn’t know how to code, I didn’t have an MBA, and I certainly hadn’t spent years studying the “best practices” of Silicon Valley. We were making the world’s first interactive movies, creating media that made you the main character in the movie, concepts that had literally never been attempted before.

We were standing in uncharted territory. So we made the maps as we went. It was exhilarating. It was terrifying. And it was the moment I learned something that has stayed with me ever since: you do not need permission to be a pioneer. You need vision. And you need the willingness to move before everyone else understands what you see.

Fast forward to today.

We are standing at that exact same edge of what’s possible. Only this time, the frontier is Artificial Intelligence. And if you think this is just for tech bros or twenty-somethings in hoodies coding in basements, well, you are missing one of the greatest wealth-building opportunities of our lifetime.

Noooooo. AI is not just about writing faster emails or making pretty pictures. It’s about leverage. It’s about finally stepping off the exhausting treadmill of trading your precious hours for dollars. It’s about building sustainable, passive income that actually scales.

The Hamster Wheel is Broken

Most of the women who come to me are successful. They’re already making money. And they are TIRED. They’re stuck on the hamster wheel of “more.” More clients, more hours, more meetings, more complexity. Somewhere along the way, success started costing too much.

When I built that software company, we needed rooms full of people and a computer the size of a Fiat with its own cooling system to do what a single AI tool can do in seconds now. Back then, “interactive” meant giant budgets, endless development, and zero sleep. Today, it can mean building systems that nurture leads, answer questions, create value, and even support sales while you’re sleeping, at the gym, or finally taking that trip you keep saying you’ll take someday.

That is the shift from a labor-based business to an asset-based business.

We are living through what is known as The Great Wealth Transfer. $105 Trillion dollars are moving into the hands of women between now and 2040 (read last week’s newsletter if this comes as a surprise).

And here’s the thing nobody talks about enough: if we drag the old “trade time for money” mindset into this next era, we’re just going to end up exhausted with nicer handbags.

That’s not freedom. It’s just a prettier cage.

Remember: I didn’t know software when I started a software company.

You need to understand one thing:

How can this help support MY mission?
